Get the Startup label (Startup Act, Law 2020-01)
Law 2020-01 creates a label for innovative startups. The label grants tax, customs and public procurement benefits.
Steps
Check eligibility: legally incorporated company, under 8 years old, with an innovative model.
Create an account on the Écosystème Startup platform.
Submit the labelling application with the requested documents.
The ministry's technical services check the file, then the CEAC evaluates it.
Receive the decision notice. The label lasts 4 years, renewable once.
