Cost

Sole proprietorship: 10,000 FCFA without a trade name, 20,000 FCFA with one, plus two 2,000 FCFA tax stamps. Other forms: see the APIX guide.

Steps

Choose the legal form: sole proprietorship, GIE, SARL, SAS, SA or another listed form.

Prepare the file. Sole proprietorship: ID document, criminal record or sworn statement, tax stamps.

Submit the file to the APIX Business Creation Office (BCE).

The BCE issues the trade register entry (RCCM), the NINEA and the declaration of existence.
