Declare personal data processing to the CDP

Any personal data processing is declared to the CDP before it starts. Some processing requires an authorisation.

Steps

Fill in the declaration using the CDP template: purposes, data processed, retention period, security.

Request an authorisation for biometric, genetic or criminal data, or for linking files.

Send the file to the CDP electronically or by post.

Wait for the receipt: only the receipt allows processing to start.
