What to include
- the dataset and its version, or the page address for a directory entry or a procedure;
- the identifier or name concerned;
- the current value and the expected value;
- the official source for the correction.
A provider listed in the directory can ask for its entry to be corrected the same way.
What happens next
Every report receives a reply with the decision taken. The author’s email address is never published. Details in the privacy policy.
