Operators

Operator prefixes

At least one official source · Published. Prefixes of the national numbering plan (+221, 9-digit numbers) and their assigned operator, fixed or mobile, from ARTP communications published by the ITU. The longest prefix wins. Portability: a ported number may belong to another operator than its prefix suggests; the ITU lists no public portability database ("not applicable"), so the prefix does not guarantee the current operator.
