uemoa-bank-resolver is a TypeScript utility that validates and identifies banks in the UEMOA/BCEAO region. It checks IBANs and RIBs with a mod-97 checksum, decomposes them and identifies the bank offline, for 161 institutions across 8 countries including Senegal. MIT license.
