Keyman AFRO keyboard, created by LLACAN-CNRS for over twenty African languages (Bambara, Hausa, Wolof, Pulaar, Fulfulde, Zarma and more) in Mali, Niger and Senegal. Designed for French keyboards, it uses dead keys for tonal marks and diacritics.
